This class is for expecting mothers (12–32 weeks) and postpartum mothers (6+ weeks).

Suitable for beginner and experienced dancers, recommended for babies 3 months–1 year.

No prior Pilates experience is necessary. Instructed in Czech & English.

Postpartum Recovery class led by a physiotherapist, for mothers 4 weeks–19 months postpartum.
