Service Description
This is a dynamic Yoga Vinyasa class that will work on rebuilding your strength from the inside out through dynamic poses and controlled resistance to help foster a deep connection to your body and breath. Our experienced instructor offers modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring you feel both supported and challenged throughout your practice. This postnatal class is suitable for all fitness levels from 12 weeks postpartum. Babies are always welcome. Not recommended for pregnant mamas.
