Mothergood (including the instructors, event or workshop hosts, locations, or the studio) shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from participation or an accidental injury sustained before, during, or after any of our group fitness classes, workshops, or events, both in person and online.
 

Refund Policy:

At Mothergood, we want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. While we don’t typically offer refunds on class packs, we do make exceptions in certain cases:

1. Severe Illness: If you’re facing a severe illness confirmed by a medical practitioner, preventing your participation, we’ll consider a refund.

2. Tragic Life Events: In the unfortunate event of a tragedy, we’ll accommodate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy: 

Class reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the class time. If a class reservation is cancelled less than 2 hours before the class time, a class credit is non-refundable. Unlimited class pass holders will be charged an extra 175 CZK fee in case of late or no cancellations. 

 

Rollover Class Credits:

We understand that life can be unpredictable; that’s why we offer a solution for missed classes:

You can roll over a maximum of two missed class credits from the previous month's pack to a subsequent purchased and activated pack. These credits are valid for a duration of 30 days. In cases of severe illness, injury, or tragic life events, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

MultiSport Card Holders

MotherGood accepts MultiSport Cards for selected classes held at our Vinohrady studio. To attend eligible classes using a MultiSport Card, the following conditions apply:

​

1. One‑Time MultiSport Activation Pass

• Must be purchased once prior to attending your first MultiSport class at the Vinohrady studio.

• Enables access to selected classes using a valid and active MultiSport Card.

• This pass is fully refundable if you decide to stop attending classes using your MultiSport Card.

• If a class reservation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before the class start time, the MultiSport Activation Pass becomes non‑refundable.

2. MultiSport Class Reservation Pass

• Must be purchased for each individual class booking.

• Required every time you reserve a class to secure your place.

• This fee is non‑refundable and mandatory for every visit.

• Class reservations can be made through our booking system once the required passes have been purchased.

• If a valid MultiSport Card is forgotten or not active at the time of check‑in, the full casual drop‑in rate will be charged.

 

Other Studio Locations: For classes held at other MotherGood studio locations in Prague, MultiSport Card holders are entitled to a 25% discount on any class pass. To receive this discount, please contact us at info@mothergood.cz.

Photography and Video Policy

​

We routinely capture photos and videos of your participation during our events and fitness classes for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of images or videos featuring you and/or your child. If you or your child do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing before the event or class, as well as on the day of the class or event. Published materials will not be removed if notice was not provided beforehand; however, we will ensure no future images or videos of you are used.
