Refund Policy:

At Mothergood, we want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. While we don’t typically offer refunds on class packs, we do make exceptions in certain cases:

  1. Severe Illness: If you’re facing a severe illness confirmed by a medical practitioner, preventing your participation, we’ll consider a refund.

  2. Tragic Life Events: In the unfortunate event of a tragedy, we’ll accommodate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

For any refund inquiries, reach out to our support team. We’re here to help!

Rollover Class Credits:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, that’s why we offer a solution for missed classes:

You can roll over a maximum of two missed class credits from the previous month's pack to a subsequent purchased and activated pack. These credits are valid for the duration of 30 days.  In cases of severe illness, injury, or tragic life events, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

To request rollover class credits, simply get in touch with our support team. We’re here to assist you every step of the way!

Multisport Card Holders

We accept Multisport Cards for a number of classes located in our Yoga Blue Art studio with a refundable reservation fee. To access these classes, a Multisport Reservation pass needs to be activated before booking in and securing a spot in the preferred class. Once the Multisport Reservation Pass is activated in our online booking system, then reservations can be booked through our website using the online booking system. The reservation fee for the Multisport Reservation pass can be refunded when the member no longer wants to use your Multisport Card for Mothergood classes. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the class time. Refunds on the Multisport Reservation Pass will not be provided in the event of a no show or if the Multisport pass was forgotten or not active upon scanning before the class.

For classes in other studio locations, including Loona Studio, Yoga Movement, Prague Yoga Collective and Jemny Svet, Multisport Card holders can receive a 30% discount on our drop-in class rate. Does not apply to Online and Outdoor classes. Contact us at to access this discount.
