Our certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists and instructors, Chantelle and Ella, offer customized 1:1 sessions tailored to your individual needs — whether you're relieving discomfort, preparing for birth, or rebuilding strength post-baby.


What to expect in your session:
* Relief from Common Discomforts: Targeted exercises to ease back pain, pelvic pressure, and more.
* Birth & Labor Prep: Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and learn techniques to support a smoother birth.
* Postpartum Recovery: Safe progression to heal diastasis recti and restore pelvic floor health.
* Strength Rebuilding: Regain energy and confidence for the physical demands of motherhood.

Session Options:
* 30-minute online session: starting from 450 CZK
* 1:1 in-person session: starting from 650 CZK
