Our pre & postnatal support services include prenatal and postpartum care, lactation support, mental well-being counseling & pelvic floor screening. It’s essential to understand that:
Our services complement, but do not replace, medical care provided by healthcare professionals. We are not licensed medical practitioners, and our support is non-clinical in nature.
3. Liability and Responsibility
Liability: While we strive to provide excellent care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes during pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum. Our services are supportive and educational, but we do not assume any legal liability.
Informed Decision-Making: We encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider for medical advice. Our role is to empower you with information, but the final decisions rest with you and your healthcare team.
4. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If a client fails to provide timely notice or does not show up for a scheduled appointment, they may be charged for the full session.
