Service Description
Join our functional training class, specifically designed for expecting mamas from 12 to 36 weeks and postpartum mamas from 6 weeks onward. This class offers a moderate-intensity workout that focuses on building functional strength to support your body during pregnancy and aid in postpartum recovery. Through a series of low-impact bodyweight exercises and light weightlifting, you’ll strengthen key muscle groups, improve endurance, and enhance overall stability. Rebuild core strength, overall stability, endurance and strength effectively through guided mat Pilates, functional movements and light weights. Each class offers modifications and detailed instruction to accommodate every fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in Pilates, this class is designed to meet you where you are, helping you to regain strength, tone muscles, and enhance your overall well-being. The goal is to prepare your body for the physical demands of pregnancy, childbirth, and the recovery period that follows. This class is recommended for expecting mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy - 32 weeks and for postpartum mothers from 6 weeks to 2 years.
