Service Description
Join our Mama Dance Club class, designed for expecting mamas from 12 to 36 weeks and postpartum mamas from 12 weeks onward. This fun and high-energy dance class offers a dynamic and enjoyable way for new moms to stay active, bond with their babies, get energized during pregnancy and connect with other mothers in a supportive environment. Throughout the class, moms can hold, wear, or interact with their babies on the floor. The instructor will ensure the needs of both mom and baby are accommodated by offering modifications and detailed instruction to ensure maximum comfort and safety. No dance experience required.
