Service Description

This class is thoughtfully designed to support your body through the postpartum season — with a strong focus on healing, rebuilding, and progressively restoring core strength. After pregnancy and birth, the body needs intentional movement. This class centers on restoring deep core function in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and empowering. Through a blend of functional training and Pilates-based exercises, you’ll gradually rebuild strength from the inside out — reconnecting to your deep abdominal muscles, glutes, back, and posture muscles to create a stable, resilient foundation. Key Focus Areas: • Pelvic floor healing and functional strength • Core restoration with diastasis-safe progressions • Progressive strength building • Posture correction and alignment • Breath-led movement to support stability and recovery
