Pilates Flow Reconnect, strengthen, and flow with your body. Pilates Flow is baby-friendly, mindfully designed class for mamas, supporting both prenatal and postpartum journeys. Whether you’re 8 weeks postpartum or up to 32 weeks pregnant, this class provides a safe, empowering space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body. What to Expect This is a moderate-intensity class that blends traditional Pilates with graceful elements of ballet, drawing on the expertise of our instructor Gaia Finetto, a former ballet dancer at the National Theater in Prague and a certified mat Pilates teacher. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to help you: • Strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and postural muscles • Improve body awareness and alignment • Enhance strength, stability, and flexibility • Reduce tension and discomfort from pregnancy or postpartum changes • Reconnect with your body through flowing, mindful movements Pilates Flow offers a unique opportunity to honor your body’s needs while building strength, enhancing posture, and mindful connection to the body.
