Service Description

This class brings the strength, precision, and grace of traditional barre to the floor, blending ballet-inspired techniques with Pilates and mindful movement. Specifically designed for expecting and postpartum mothers, it provides a safe, low-impact way to restore core and pelvic floor function, tone the lower body, and support posture. Working primarily on the mat, you’ll move through controlled, intentional exercises that build strength and stability while maintaining mobility and flow. The focus is on creating long, lean muscle engagement, improving alignment, and releasing common areas of tension such as the hips, back, and shoulders. Areas of focus include: • Core and pelvic floor activation and recovery • Lower-body strength, toning, and stability • Posture, balance, and alignment • Mobility and flexibility in hips, back, and shoulders • Mindful, controlled movement to enhance body awareness Mama Floor Barre offers a mindful yet challenging practice that helps mothers reconnect with their bodies, gain confidence in movement, and develop strength.
