This course is perfect for expectant parents looking to build a strong foundation of techniques to prepare for a positive and empowering birth experience. The goal of this course is to leave you and your birthing partner more confident, knowledgeable and relaxed about the birth of your baby. You will learn relaxation techniques to achieve the birth that is right for you - and to feel empowered, not fearful. During this session, you’ll: • Learn simple, effective breathing techniques to stay relaxed and in control during labor. • Explore guided relaxation exercises to reduce fear and build trust in the birthing process. • Understand the physiology of birth, helping you work with your body rather than against it. • Practice visualization and affirmations to create a mindset of confidence and calm. • Develop a supportive partnership, empowering the birthing partner to play an active role in creating a calm birthing environment. This practical and interactive session is suitable for all couples, whether you’re first-time parents or looking for a refresher. You’ll leave feeling more connected, prepared, and confident as a team, ready to welcome your baby into the world with ease. You can take the Hypnobirthing Course at any time during your pregnancy depending on your situation. The most usual time for couples is to take the course is between 25-36 weeks of pregnancy to keep the knowledge fresh, but you are welcome to join whenever you feel ready.
