Comprehensive Birth, Labour, Pre & Postpartum Care Package with Experienced Doula, Zuzana Dubová – For Prague Residents Are you looking for compassionate, expert support throughout your pregnancy, labour, birth, and postpartum journey? Whether you're expecting your first baby or adding to your family, having a knowledgeable and caring guide can make all the difference. With years of experience supporting mothers and families, Zuzana Dubová, a Czech-native and English-speaking Doula, offers a personalized, holistic approach to childbirth and early motherhood. She understands the emotional, physical, and practical challenges of this transformative time and provides unwavering support tailored to your unique needs. What’s Included? 1. Prenatal consultation An online or in-person consultation to discuss your wishes, concerns and questions about birth, hospitals and the Czech healthcare system. The consultation is paid for separately. Afterwards, you can decide whether to book the full package. 2. Birth preparation The package includes one meeting with you and your partner to discuss your birth plan, get to know each other and exchange contact details. Individual prenatal classes are available for an additional fee. You can also attend a Birth course or Baby Care Workshop at Mothergood. 3. On-call and birth support On-call support is available 24/7 from two weeks before your due date until your baby arrives. When labour begins, the doula leaves home within one hour and provides support in hospital throughout the birth, usually staying for one to two hours afterwards. The package fee is due by the start of the on-call period. 4. Postpartum support You can contact the doula with questions about breastfeeding and baby care. One postpartum meeting is included; additional support is available separately. Travel Car travel at night or on weekends costs 10 CZK/km. Public transport is free of charge.
