Join us for a feel-good morning of movement, connection, and fresh air as we welcome the warmer season together.
Enjoy a 45-minute beginner-friendly Pilates class designed for all fitness levels. Prenatal and postnatal mamas are warmly welcome, and the class is baby-friendly.
After class, we’ll gather for a relaxed community picnic. Bring something small to share, enjoy complimentary treats and refreshments, and connect with other mothers in the community.
What to bring:
A yoga mat or blanket, comfortable clothes, water, and anything you’d like to share for the picnic.
