Join our Functional Training Class, specifically designed for expecting mamas from 12 to 36 weeks and postpartum mamas from 6 weeks onward. This class offers a moderate-intensity workout that focuses on building functional strength to support your body during pregnancy and aid in postpartum recovery. Through a series of low-impact bodyweight exercises and light weightlifting, you’ll strengthen key muscle groups, improve endurance, and enhance overall stability. The goal is to prepare your body for the physical demands of pregnancy, childbirth, and the recovery period that follows.
