Service Description

This high-energy class incorporates intervals of cardio, strength training, and core exercises, specifically tailored to postpartum bodies with a special focus on correct breathing techniques, core and pelvic floor engagement. You'll engage in a series of timed exercises followed by brief rest periods, allowing you to push your limits while still listening to your body. The instructors will offer modifications to accommodate various fitness levels to ensure the exercises are performed safely. ​ The class is suitable for all fitness levels and recommended for expecting mamas from 12 - 32 weeks and postpartum from 8 weeks - 2 years.
