Whether you're seeking relief from pregnancy-related discomfort or simply looking to stay active and mobile during this special time, our prenatal mobility class is suitable for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy.
This class is recommended from 12 weeks of pregnancy until birth.
Mama HIIT
This high-energy class incorporates intervals of cardio, strength training, and core exercises, specifically tailored to postpartum bodies with a special focus on correct breathing techniques, core and pelvic floor engagement. You'll engage in a series of timed exercises followed by brief rest periods, allowing you to push your limits while still listening to your body. The instructors will offer modifications to accommodate various fitness levels to ensure the exercises are performed safely.

The class is suitable for all fitness levels and recommended for expecting mamas from 12 - 32 weeks and postpartum from 8 weeks - 2 years.
Postpartum Strength Training
Rebuild your strength and confidence with the added challenge of weights. This class is tailored specifically for moms who are ready to take their postpartum fitness journey to the next level. Throughout the class, we will focus on core stabilization, pelvic floor strength, and proper posture to support your body to meet the demands of postpartum life pain free. Our instructors will provide personalized guidance and modifications to ensure that each exercise is safe and effective for your individual needs.

Mommy & Me Zumba
This fun and high-energy dance class offers a dynamic and enjoyable way for new moms to stay active, bond with their babies, and connect with other mothers in a supportive environment. Throughout the class, moms can hold, wear, or & interact with their babies. The instructor will ensure the needs of both mom and baby are accommodated by offering modifications and detailed instruction to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

This class is suitable for beginner or experienced dancers and recommended for babies 3 months - 1 year.
Yoga Fitness
This class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. We'll work on rebuilding your strength from the inside out through dynamic poses and controlled resistance to help foster a deep connection to your body and breath. Our experienced instructors offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring you feel both supported and challenged throughout your practice.

Mobility, Deep Core & The Pelvic Floor
This class will focus on improving mobility to address common areas of tension and discomfort experienced during pregnancy and childbirth as well as strengthening the deep core and restoring pelvic floor function. You will learn techniques for proper engagement and alignment to promote bladder control, pelvic stability, and core strength specifically targeting the deep core muscles to rebuild strength and stability postpartum.

Strength & Support
Rebuild core strength, overall stability, endurance and strength effectively through guided mat Pilates and functional movements. Each class offers modifications and detailed instruction to accommodate every fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in Pilates, this class is designed to meet you where you are, helping you to regain strength, tone muscles, and enhance your overall well-being. The second half of each class is dedicated to community time where fellow expecting and new moms creates a warm and encouraging environment where you can connect, share experiences, and receive guidance from others on a similar journey.
This class is recommended for expecting mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy - 32 weeks and for postpartum mothers from 6 weeks to 2 years.
Prenatal Power
Prepare for the physical demands of pregnancy and birth using light weights and bodyweight exercises. We'll focus on building strength in key muscle groups that are important for pregnancy and labour, such as the legs, back, arms, and core. Our certified prenatal fitness instructor will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to keep you safe and comfortable. Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing the end of your pregnancy, this class will safely help you stay active and strong while respecting the changes happening in your body.

Prenatal Yoga
Release tension and stress due to your changing body and the demands of pregnancy with is a blend of gentle Yoga and Pilates. This class will focus breathing techniques and improving mobility to prepare for birth. Each class will offer a welcoming space for expectant mothers to nurture their bodies, calm their minds, and connect with their babies. No previous Yoga or Pilates experience is required, and modifications will be provided to accommodate varying of fitness levels.

Mama & Me Functional Training
This class is designed to equip you with the strength, stamina, and resilience needed to tackle the everyday challenges of being a mom. Through functional movements, we'll help you develop the strength and mobility necessary for navigating tasks like carrying your baby, pushing strollers, and lifting car seats with ease. Plus, by incorporating your baby into the exercises, you'll also learn techniques for maintaining proper posture and body mechanics while caring for your little one.
