Yoga Sculpt is a mindful blend of vinyasa-inspired sequences and targeted strength exercises using weights. Designed specifically for prenatal and postpartum mamas, the class focuses on restoring alignment, enhancing mobility, and building functional strength for everyday motherhood. Key areas targeted: • Core & Pelvic Stability: Support deep core and pelvic floor function, helping with posture, balance, and overall strength. • Muscle Tone & Strength: Use of light weights to strengthen key muscle groups needed for daily activities, lifting, and carrying. • Flexibility & Mobility: Mindful flow sequences to improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility, supporting a pain-free and confident body. • Mind-Body Connection: Cultivate body awareness through mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment-focused exercises. This class is suitable for prenatal mamas from 12–28 weeks and postpartum from 6 weeks, offering a safe, empowering, and effective way to move. Yoga Sculpt helps you feel strong, balanced, and supported in your body as you navigate the demands of motherhood.
