A mindful movement class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy — from early weeks to birth. Prenatal Flow is a gentle, nourishing class created to help expecting mothers feel more connected to their changing bodies through mindful movement, breath, and full body awareness. This class focuses on releasing tension, improving hip mobility, and gently strengthening the body in ways that support comfort, stability, and confidence throughout pregnancy. Expect flowing sequences paired with breath awareness to support circulation & stability, ease common prenatal aches and pains, and create space in the body — especially through the hips, back, and pelvis. Movements are thoughtfully adapted to meet the needs of pregnancy, helping you feel grounded, supported, and present. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience is required. Each session is led by a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, ensuring a safe, informed, and supportive environment. Prenatal Flow is more than movement — it’s a moment to pause, reconnect, build confidence, and tune in to yourself and your baby in a calm, welcoming space designed especially for expecting mothers.
