We’re so excited to finally open the doors to our new MotherGood studio and invite you to celebrate with us in the best way we know how — through movement, connection, and community 🤍

Join us for the launch of our Postpartum Barre Class, a nurturing yet strengthening class designed to support you in this season of motherhood. This class focuses on posture, balance, toning, and functional strength, helping you feel more connected to your body — all while your little one is right by your side.

This is a postpartum-only class, welcoming little ones from 12 weeks to 3 years, in a calm, baby-friendly space created especially for mamas.
