Milestones: The First Year

Physiotherapist and co-founder of MINT Terapie Farah Droubi will walk us through the highlights of a baby's developmental milestones in their first year of life.  The workshop will be both educational and practical where all parents and caregivers will have an opportunity experience the baby's developmental positions themselves - from turning, independent sitting, and crawling to their very first steps!   The demonstration will not only help you learn about motor development in detail, but also how to recognize faulty patterns and possible delays, when to seek out professional guidance, and how to then better support your little ones in a safe and effective way throughout their first year of life.

Feel free to bring your little one along to join the fun & don't forget to wear comfrotable clothing as you will be moving around mama!
