Join us for the debut of Mama Moves—a baby-friendly, Latin-inspired dance class designed to help you move, sweat, and feel good alongside your little one.


Expect feel-good music, light cardio, simple choreography, and plenty of fun. No dance experience needed—this class is suitable for all levels.

Your little one can relax in the carrier or play nearby while you enjoy an hour dedicated to you.
