Trying to get a newborn into a sleep routine can be stressful and overwhelming to new parents. This interactive workshop aims to give parents and caregivers the guidance they need to help support their little ones to develop healthy sleep habits.
The workshop will be led by a certified "Gentle Sleep Coach" Pauline Saint-Cabrada from "Time For Bed Coaching". Pauline will offer expert advice, debunk common myths, answer your sleep questions, and teach you what you need to know and do to optimize your baby's sleep, in an open, non-judgmental and friendly space.
The workshop is suitbale for ages 0-1 year cover in detail:
* Newborn and infant sleep needs and schedule
* How to create a healthy sleep routine
* How to prevent your little one from becoming over tired
* What is the optimal sleep environment
* The role of a sleep coach and how they can support you
There will be time for Q & A at the end of the workshop, so feel free to come with any sleep questions or concerns you may have.
