Breastfeeding 101

Led by our lovely doula and lcactation conusaltant Clarice, our Breastfeeding 101 is a supportive and informative workshop designed to help pregnant mamas begin their breastfeeding journey feeling prepared, calm, and empowered.

This intimate two-hour session will guide you through the essentials of early breastfeeding — combining practical knowledge with space for questions, reassurance, and honest conversation. Our goal is to help you walk into those first hours and days with clarity and confidence.

• Feeding and holding positions

• Understanding latch and milk production
