Our Group Classes

We offer a variety of classes to help support your prenatal wellness and postpartum recovery and fitness needs. All of our classes are taught by certified pre & postnatal fitness instructors to ensure the safety of both you and your little one.

Mobility and Stability 

This moderate intensity class focused on training mobility, strengthening the deep core and relieving it neck, back and hip pain.

Yoga Fitness

This class focuses on creating stability, flexibility and full body strength using a combination of Yoga & Pilates.
