Service Description

Rebuild core strength, overall stability, endurance and strength effectively through guided mat Pilates and functional movements. Each class offers modifications and detailed instruction to accommodate every fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in Pilates, this class is designed to meet you where you are, helping you to regain strength, tone muscles, and enhance your overall well-being. The second half of each class is dedicated to community time where fellow expecting and new moms creates a warm and encouraging environment where you can connect, share experiences, and receive guidance from others on a similar journey. This class is recommended for expecting mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy - 32 weeks and for postpartum mothers from 6 weeks to 2 years.
