We'll focus on building strength in key muscle groups that are important for pregnancy and labour, such as the legs, back, arms, and core. Our certified prenatal fitness instructor will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to keep you safe and comfortable. Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing the end of your pregnancy, this class will safely help you stay active and strong while respecting the changes happening in your body.
