Postpartum Recovery and Strength Sessions consist of an individualised physical assessment and one-on-one training program, to help ease your body back into shape after birth, using safe low-impact, pelvic floor and full-body strengthening exercises. The virtual sessions will allow you to choose your training schedule and strengthen your body from the comfort of your home, with the option to have your little one(s) present. *In-person sessions are available for an additional fee, and will include basic equipment and a more personalized training program and assessment.
