Designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum, this class focuses on strengthening your pelvic floor, improving mobility as well as healing diastasis. Suitable for all levels and stages of motherhood. With modifications and detailed instructions, we ensure a safe and effective workout for all mamas and mamas to be. Babies are always welcome. This class is recommended for expecting mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum.
