Suitable for all levels and stages of motherhood. With modifications and detailed instructions, we ensure a safe and effective workout for all mamas and mamas to be. Babies are always welcome. This class is recommended for expecting mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum.
