Join our Empowered Birthing class, a weekly session designed to help expecting mothers prepare for a smoother, more confident birth. Guided by a certified prenatal fitness specialist, each class combines labor positions, breathing techniques, and exercises focusing on pelvic floor relaxation, hip opening, and light resistance training. What You Can Expect Each Week: - Labor Positions & Movement: Learn different labor positions to promote comfort and ease during childbirth, helping you stay in control. - Breathing Techniques: Master breathing exercises to calm the mind, manage discomfort, and enhance oxygen flow. - Pelvic Floor Relaxation: Strengthen and relax your pelvic floor for a more comfortable labor and quicker recovery. - Hip Opening & Flexibility: Increase flexibility and mobility with hip-opening exercises, alleviating common pregnancy discomforts. - Light Resistance Training: Build strength and stamina with gentle resistance training, adapted to your stage of pregnancy.
